Generally, you should expect to spend 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a project of medium scope.  Some larger projects may take two appointments to complete, as it is may sometimes be easier to spread the decision making process over a little longer period of time.

When you call, give your booking consultant as much information about your project as possible, and they will be able to give you a good indication of the time frame needed for your particular consultation.

You should bring with you your building or renovation plans, magazine clippings, flooring or cabinet samples, paint chips - anything and everything that will aid us in providing you with functional product that fits in beautifully with your decor and lifestyle.
